This policy says how Elcara L.L.C-FZ handles personal data when you use the website elcara.xyz and any service we provide through it (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

Elcara L.L.C-FZ (“Elcara”, “we”, “us”), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE, is the controller of the personal data this policy covers. Contact: [email protected].

When we deliver services to a client business, we may process personal data on that client’s behalf. The client controls that data, and our agreement with the client covers it. This policy does not.

2. What we collect

Data you send us. When you email us, message us on Telegram or X, or book a call, we receive your name, contact details, project, the time you pick and what you write or say.

Technical data. Your IP address, device and browser data, the pages you view and request logs, which our systems and providers record when you use the Service.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to:

• provide, run and improve the Service
• reply to you and hold the calls you book
• keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse
• tell you about our services, where the law allows; you can opt out at any time
• meet our legal duties, and make, use or defend legal claims

Where the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, our legal basis is one of these: a contract with you, or steps you ask for before one; our legitimate interests in running, securing, improving and promoting our business; a legal duty; or your consent, where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

If you do not give us the data we ask for, we may not be able to reply to you or provide the Service. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similar effects based only on automated processing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• service providers that work for us, such as hosting, security, email, scheduling, messaging and video call providers
• professional advisers, authorities and courts, where the law requires it or to protect our rights
• a buyer or successor, if our business or its assets are sold or merged

5. Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Our booking tool may set its own cookies when you open it.

6. International transfers

We are in the UAE. Our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use a lawful transfer method, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Email us for a copy.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data while we need it for the purposes in section 3. Then we delete it or make it anonymous. We keep it longer when the law requires it, or to make or defend legal claims.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal data. No system is fully secure, and we cannot promise that your data will always be safe.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. To use a right, email [email protected]. We may ask you to prove who you are. We reply within the time the law sets, and we may refuse a request where the law allows it.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority where you live.

10. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may change this policy at any time. The new version applies from the date we post it here.
